Please note that all food and drink, refreshments or confectionery including sweets, chocolate and cakes at the Air Show are provided by our catering concession and therefore we cannot take direct applications from individual companies wishing to attend. If you are interested in trading at the Air Show, please reach out directly to our catering concession at michaelmainevent@aol.com

Insurance & Safety
RAF Cosford is committed to the safety of all who attend the Airshow; therefore, all exhibitors and traders are to comply with current UK legislation relating to their business. The following documentation will be required upon booking:

Bookings will only be accepted once Heath and Safety have autorised your documentation. Review can take up to 2 weeks.
- A risk assessment that covers the hazards of the business to traders and visitors. Guidance of the minimum areas to be covered is provided within Annex C in the Trade & Exhibitors Guide. You may submit your own risk assessment or please click here to download a Risk Assesment Template (Open Document Format)
- Certificate of Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of £1,000,000. The Ministry of Defence accepts no responsibility in respect of personal injury or loss of or damage to vehicles or property. Exhibitors and traders must insure themselves against such loss or damage, including the risk of fire.
- A completed Fire Risk Assessment Questionnaire. Please click here to download the Fire Risk Assessment Questionnaire (Open Document Format).
By submitting your Fire Risk Assessment Questionnaire, Risk Assessment, and Public Liability Insurance documents, you acknowledge and agree that our Health & Safety team may review this information and contact you directly if any questions or clarifications arise.

You also consent to your data being shared with the relevant Health & Safety teams for the purpose of compliance, risk management, and ensuring the safety of all staff, visitors, and contractors. All information will be handled in accordance with GDPR.

Trader & Exhibitor Declaration

I confirm that I have read and understood all information contained within the Trade & Exhibitors Guide 2026 and agree to comply fully with all site regulations stated therein. I acknowledge that these regulations must be strictly observed at all times. Any breach will result in a £120 fine, immediate removal from the Air Show site, and exclusion from future events at RAF Cosford.

I understand that, following submission of this form, the Health & Safety Team will review my insurance and safety documentation. Once approved, I will be contacted to confirm my booking and to arrange full payment.

I acknowledge that my booking will not be considered complete until full payment has been received, and that payment in full is required upon acceptance of my booking.

I accept that cancellations are refundable only until Friday, 24 April 2026. After this date, any cancellation or non-attendance will result in the forfeiture of all fees.

I consent to my personal data being held and processed by the RAF Cosford Air Show 2026 in compliance with current GDPR regulations.
