We're excited to kick off another great school year! If you'd like to be considered to be on the Room Parent team for your child's classroom, please complete the form below. You will be notified of your role on the team via email.
ECP-4th GRADE ROLES
- Grade Level Representative (1 per grade): Ensures equitable party plans, submits plans to Partners for approval, and acts as room parent for classes without a Classroom Rep.
- Classroom Representative (Up to 2 per class): Coordinates with teachers and other reps to plan/execute class parties; updates the Grade Level Rep.
- Classroom Treasurer (1 per class): Collects party funds and manages accurate classroom accounting records.
MIDDLE SCHOOL ROLES
- Middle School (Lead (1 total): Oversees all middle school grade levels and serves as room parent for teams without coverage.
- Middle School Treasurer (1 total): Manages all financial aspects for the middle school grade levels.
- Grade Level Teams (1 team per grade): Collaborates with teachers to plan/execute parties; updates the Middle School Lead.
