THRS Partners: Room Parent Volunteer Form

We're excited to kick off another great school year! If you'd like to be considered to be on the Room Parent team for your child's classroom, please complete the form below.
ECP-4th GRADE
- Grade Level Representative - One (1) Grade Level Representative will be selected for each grade level. The Grade Level Representative is responsible for ensuring the party plans for each classroom in the grade level are equitable. In addition, the Grade Level Representative will submit the party plan for each classroom to Partners for approval.
- Classroom Representative - Up to three (3) Classroom Representatives will be selected for each classroom. Classroom Reps are responsible for working with the teacher and other Classroom Reps to plan and execute the class parties. In addition, they will communicate with the Grade Level Representative regarding their plan for the party and any activities.
- Class Treasurer - One (1) Class Treasurer will be selected for each classroom. The Class Treasurer is responsible for collecting the party funds and maintaining concise accounting records.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
- Middle School (5th-8th Grade) will have ONE (1) MIDDLE SCHOOL LEAD who oversees all the grade levels within the middle school and ONE (1) TREASURER who is responsible for managing the middle school's financial aspects.
- Each grade level will have its own team that is responsible for working with the teachers to plan and execute parties and communicating with the Middle School Lead regarding their plans for the parties and any activities.
