Program Name: Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
As a participant of Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), I understand that I must abide by these program conditions in order to ensure my successful completion:
1. Condition: Leave NO blank spaces.
Consequence: Does not pass the step.
2. Condition: Bring workbook to every class.
Consequence: Unexcused absence, will be asked to leave class and return prepared the next week with book in hand. If your book is lost or damaged you will be charged for a replacement. Should a third replacement book be needed, you will be dismissed from the program.
3. Condition: No victim statements.
Consequence: Does not pass the step.
4. Condition: Must present each step within two classes.
Consequence: If unable to do so, it will count as an unexcused absence and you will be asked to return prepared the next week.
5. Condition: No sexual exploitation.
Consequence: Will be asked to leave class and it will count as an unexcused absence.
6. Condition: 100% Confidential, what is discussed within group, stays within the group.
Consequence: A one-on-one meeting with the Program Instructor.
7. Condition: Be on time and communicate with the Program Instructor if you are 1-10 minutes late.
Consequence: A ten-minute grace period is given, anything past 10 minutes will count as an unexcused absence. If no communication is received and you are late, you will be required to meet with the Program Instructor. If late arrival continues, you may be removed from the
8. Condition: You are not allowed to have a cell phone on your during class. All phones will be placed in a basket.
9. Condition: No cursing or foul language, or inappropriate hand gestures.
10. Condition: The determination of an absence counting as excused or unexcused is at the discretion of the program instructor.
