Once you have submitted the request for stay and it has been reviewed, you will receive an invoice with ways to send deposit
Cancellation Policy: We appreciate cancellation notice as far in advance as possible. To avoid being charged, a 72-hour notice is required. Cancellations within the 72-hour window result in a $50 cancellation fee, this fee will be due prior to new stay requests and stays will not be fulfilled until the fee has been paid. Exceptions will be addressed on a case by case basis. Please arrive at the scheduled time, every 30 minutes past the agreed upon time will result in an additional $15 fee. I understand that my pet may be with KB’s Cozy Canines at the same time as other pet parents have booked boarding.
KB's Cozy Canines will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the care of all animal(s) and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible in home pet sitting. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my animal(s) at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless KB's Cozy Canines of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my animal(s) while under KB's Cozy Canines care, instruction or control. Emergency Care: In the event that I cannot be reached, KB's Cozy Canines has my permission to react to a situation as they deem appropriate, and/or necessary for the health and safety of my animal(s), themself, or others, and that I am responsible for compensating KB's Cozy Canines for any monetary charges made for items and or services including but not limited to, vet bills, pet food, or human medical attention.
