Terms & Conditions- 

 

1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services:

Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates for driver positions as per Client's specifications.
Conduct background checks, license verification, and preliminary interviews (unless otherwise agreed).
Coordinate interviews between selected candidates and the Client.
Ensure drivers meet Client requirements, including but not limited to licensing, experience, and legal eligibility to work.

2. Candidate Requirements
The Client shall provide detailed requirements for driver candidates, including:

Minimum age and experience
License class/type required
Criminal and driving record criteria
Vehicle ownership (if applicable)
Other job-related specifications
The Service Provider shall use reasonable efforts to ensure all candidates meet these criteria.

3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any information shared during the recruitment process, including candidate data and business operations.

4. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on todays date and remain in effect until  “terminated by either party with written notice"
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 Days written notice.
Termination will not affect any obligations incurred prior to termination.

5. Linehaul Recruiting is $999.99 a monthly and $999 per successful hire.  IF driver quits or is fired in the first 30 days, we will replace at no cost to you/.
