    Thank you for your interest in speaking at the Kansas MGMA 2026 Annual Conference. By submitting this form, you’re formally requesting consideration for a speaking opportunity.

    Audience: Our attendees include practice administrators, healthcare leaders, and clinic managers, clinical staff, office leadership, and billing teams. Please tailor your proposal to meet their professional interests and needs.

    • Kansas MGMA does not provide an honorarium for Call for Papers speakers. All selected speakers will receive a conference speaker gift in appreciation.
    • Speakers are selected based on how well their topic aligns with the conference’s overall theme and learning goals. Final decisions are made by the Kansas MGMA Conference Planning Committee.
    • KSMGMA Conference Planning Committee have final approval of all speakers.
    • If you represent a company that markets products or services to healthcare organizations, presentations must be educational—not promotional. Marketing of specific products or services is only permitted in the exhibit hall or through official sponsorship opportunities, not in educational sessions

    The Body of Knowledge (BOK) for Medical Practice Management is a framework that defines the core skills needed to successfully manage a medical practice. It’s developed and regularly updated by MGMA and ACMPE to reflect the realities of today’s healthcare environment.

    When submitting your presentation, please select the primary BOK domain that best matches your topic:

    1. Operations Management– Daily operations, processes, technology, facilities, marketing.
    2. Financial Management– Budgeting, revenue cycle, payroll, reimbursements, audits.
    3. Human Resource Management– Staffing, training, evaluation, compensation, HR law.
    4. Risk & Compliance Management– Legal/regulatory compliance, risk reduction, policies.
    5. Transformative Healthcare Delivery– Innovative care models, telehealth, value-based care.
