Vendor fees:

A) INSIDE the Hall: 

8' table or space for a current hall member = $20

8' table or space for a non member = $25

 

B) OUTSIDE vehicle (table not provided):

Current hall member = $20

Non member = $25

 

Wait for acceptance notification before sending funds

 

Set up options:

Friday, April 3 from 1-3 pm     OR

Sat, April 4 from 7-8 am

· Tables/chair are provided for INDOOR vendors, are preassigned and must not be moved without authorization; wall space is limited 

- If selling tools or heavy items you must bring a tablecloth or blanket (to protect our table) & an extension cord 

- You MUST be inside & setting up by 7.30 am or your table will be reassigned; anyone packing up before 2pm will not be invited back 

- Location & vendor directions are sent out a week prior to event

Options for vendor pre-payment (once approved to send funds):

1. Send an etransfer to HeffleyCreekHallRentals@gmail.com (Please use ONLY the password Heffley); comment with the Name of event and vendor info (if payment name is different)

2. Mail a check (made out to HCCRA) to HCCRA, 6995 Old Hwy 5, Kamloops, BC, V2H 0B5 and notify me via email to HeffleyCreekHall@gmail.com that you have done so.
