Our service hours are M-F 10am-4pm, except for holidays. We try to address active leaks outside of these hours.
Please allow 24-48 hours for response. If you need after-hour service, you need to secure your own provider at your own expense. We will not reimburse for 3rd party providers.
If issue could not be verified or if issue is due to curcumstances within tenant's responsibility, we reserve the right to charge costs to tenant.
There is no need to double report.
