Each year for the Invitational, we offer the opportunity to our Band Families to sponsor a trophy! If you sponsor a trophy, your family name will be announced as the sponsor when the trophy is awarded to the recipient. You can select your student to present the trophy, or opt for it to be awarded by a booster member. Under the name of the presenter, list your student if they want to present. Otherwise, list the presenter as "Booster Member". Student presenters must come to the front of the track near the home stands after the band's exhibition performance to line up for trophy presentation. This is a great opportunity to involve our families and students as gracious hosts for all the hardworking bands!
Please note, filling out this form does not guarantee you will be sponsoring a trophy. The requests are prioritized based on class year, date/time stamp of request, and past sponsorship participation.
If unable to sponsor a trophy, a refund will be applied one week after the deadline.
You will receive an email confirming acceptance along with additional details regarding the day's event.
