Ongoing lessons are scheduled on a dedicated weekly basis, billed month-to-month. Holiday Mondays will be adjusted accordingly.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Monthly tuition reserves your dedicated, recurring time slot on the studio schedule each week. Because this time is held exclusively for you, consistent weekly attendance is expected.

Rescheduling & Make-Up Lessons (Illness & Emergencies Only)

48-Hour Notice: Rescheduled make-up lessons are reserved for sudden illness or unexpected family emergencies with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Active Make-Up Cap: Maximum of one (1) make-up credit permitted at a time. Credits do not accrue or roll over, and an existing credit must be completed before a new one can be granted. All make-ups depend on available openings.

Live Virtual Lesson Option (Google Meet)

Can't make it in person? Just text or email the day of and I will send you a Google Meet link.

Absences & Forfeited Lessons

Cancellations or missed lessons without switching to Google Meet or providing 48 hours’ notice for an emergency, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Important note: Make-up sessions are not available for personal travel, appointments, or work conflicts. If you have a conflict and you aren't able to make it on time, remember we can always hop on Google Meet for your scheduled lesson, but otherwise the session cannot be rescheduled.

Instructor Cancellations

If I must cancel a lesson due to illness, professional performance obligations, or an emergency, a full make-up lesson will always be provided and will not count toward your active make-up cap.
