This scholarship is for applicants who displays resilience by currently being diagnosed with Type I or Type II Diabetes. It is important that you give complete details concerning your college/career plans, activities, medical and financial information.

    This scholarship is awarded based on merit, including academic achievements and other accomplishments. Financial information is not required to be submitted with your application. However if you are selected for the scholarship, you may be asked to provide documentation at that time. What challenges or obstacles have you faced or overcome? How has living with this condition caused you to be an advocate for diabetes awareness and make an impact?
