FLU
-Ages 3 yrs & up (Flucelvax)
-Ages 65 yrs & up (Fluad)
COVID
-mNEXSPIKE (Moderna) individuals who have been previously vaccinated with any COVID-19 vaccine and are:
65 years of age and older, or
12 through 64 years of age with at least one underlying condition that puts them at high risk for severe outcomes from COVID-19.
-Comirnaty (Pfizer) Ages Adults 65 years and older, individuals 12 through 64 years who have at least one underlying condition that puts them at high risk for severe outcomes from COVID-19
-Nuvaxovid (Novavax) Adults 65 years and older, individuals 12 through 64 years who have at least one underlying condition that puts them at high risk for severe outcomes from COVID-19
Shingles (Shingrix)
-Anyone 50 years or older.
-Patients 19 years or older who are immunodeficient due to disease or therapy.
Pneumonia (Capvaxive)
-Anyone 50 years or older.
-Certain patients 19 years or older with a qualifying condition.
Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis - TDAP (Boostrix)
-Patients 10 years or older (every 10 years).
-Pregnant women (3rd trimester).
RSV Vaccine
-All adults 75 and older (mResvia)
-Adults 50 and older with certain chronic conditions like asthma, COPD, heart disease or severe diabetes (mResvia)
-If you are 32 through 36 weeks pregnant during September through January (Abrysvo)
