Parent/Guardian Consent

By entering the Contest, Parent/Guardian (“Parent”) warrants that Parent has read and agrees to abide and be bound by the Official Rules, and Parent warrants and represents that (i) the Submission (as defined in the Official Rules, which includes the photos and the audio recording) is comprised of narrative composed solely by Participant; (iii) the Submission is comprised of photos either created/taken by Participant or created/taken by Parent of Participant; (iv) the Submission will not infringe the intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party; and (v) the individual identified as Parent of a Participant is in fact the parent or guardian of such Participant and is at least 18 yrs old.
