    A Circus Blessing is a fundraising event started by Kylee Zulauf at 11 years old. All proceeds go to Blessings in a Backpack who help feed over 500 food insecure Forsyth County students over the weekends. Last year we had over 2,000 guest, allowing Kylee to donate $10,000 to Blessings in a Backpack!

    Please note that we have limited spaces for certain categories. If we feel you are a good fit for this event, we will email you with details, information, and payment options to secure your space.

    **Once you have been approved, please be sure to make your payment promptly. We can not save or hold spots. Please keep in mind that A Circus Blessing is a certified Georgia charity that relies on our amazing vendors. Your vendor fee is a tax deductible donation, therefore we can not refund. 

    ***All payments for A Circus Blessing will be paid through a Zeffy link ONLY. Anyone asking for payment in any other form is NOT from A Circus Blessing!

  • TERMS OF CONTRACT FOR VENDOR BOOTH
    1. ALL PROCEEDS from vendor sales will belong to the vendor. No commissions will be assessed. Vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax and for reporting earnings to the IRS.
    2. STORAGE OF MATERIALS during A Circus Blessing must be confined within the area assigned to you. Plan for storage within your area when designing the configuration of your booth area. Booth space will be 10’ x 10’, unless approved before the event.
    3. VENDORS ARE EXPECTED to provide their own tables and display boards. Do not tape, tack, or otherwise affix any materials or signs to walls, trees, lamp posts or other surfaces on public or private property. Canopies should be anchored by weights.
    4. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE for transporting and placing their own booths. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
    5. NO VENDORS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES shall conduct themselves in a manner offensive to general standards of decency or good taste. A Circus Blessing reserves the right to screen all booths and exclude inappropriate items. In the event of inappropriate behavior, the booth will be forced to close, and all fees will be forfeited.
    6. VENDOR SETUP may begin Friday between the hours of 11am and 3pm. All booths must be fully set up and operational by 8:00 am Saturday morning. For easy set up for our vendors, all vendor parking will be in the campground area. After 8:00am, vendors will need to trolly in. No vendors will be admitted after 9am Saturday.
    7. A Circus Blessing is a rain or shine nonrefundable event & there will be NO REFUNDS in the event of bad weather.
