Note: There are limited spots in the large tents available for a premium cost. If you are interested in these you can indicate so when you pay for the event. These are first come first serve. The other option is to bring your own tent if you need one. A tent is not required however, we will be outside. No chairs or tables provided. You are responsible for your own booth set up.
Food trucks are encouraged to bring their own power generators as we only have 110V available.
Set up begins at 2:00 p.m. Booth must be ready to go by 4:45 p.m.
No early tear downs allowed - vendors must be present for entire event.
Bella Vista Winery will jury all vendors to avoid duplicate products/services and reserves the right to approve or deny any vendors attending the Christkindl Markt. Please allow us up to 3 business days to respond. We will notify you if you are approved or not via email.
This is a family friendly environment - products must be tasteful and appropriate. No pornography, no politics, no profanity, no cannabis, etc., displayed on products or booth.
