By submitting this vendor application, the vendor acknowledges and agrees that the Tennessee Stock Horse Association (TNSHA) is not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, accident, or damage to persons or property occurring before, during, or after the event. Vendors are required to provide their own insurance coverage and assume full liability for their participation. Completion of this form does not guarantee vendor space; acceptance is at the discretion of TNSHA. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, displays, and equipment, and the vendor fee must be paid in full in the Show Office prior to set-up.
