    FOOD VENDORS:  Here’s the scoop!

Space has been reserved for selected food/beverage vendors wishing to sell foods that appeal to attendees of all ages. Participating Food Vendors will be charged a fee equivalent to 15% of their gross product sales for the events listed below*. Food vendors must adhere to all rules of food preparation and sales as described by the Sacramento County Health Department.

This year, the application will be open all year round, however we request you only submit one application per vendor. If you have more than one food vending booth, you must complete a seperate application for each one. You will need to provide proof of valid, current operating permit. Upon approval, we will require proof of workers compensation and event liability insurance.

The Cordova Community Council reserves the right to accept or deny applications with or without cause. Vendors will be notified by email if you have been selected for an event. Submitting an application does not guarantee participation in the event. Your application needs to be on file for an event for at least 30 days to be considered.

Rancho Cordova 4th of July note, please read: Please complete this application to also be considered for the Rancho Cordova 4th of July Celebration. There is not a seperate application in 2026. Final fees will be sent over once selected, including the standard entry fee of $850. We require a flat rate payment for attendance as well as additional fees for electrical, oversized booth space, ice, and TFF permits. You will need to pay all fees within 10 days once notified of acceptance into the festival in order to secure your spot as a food/beverage vendor.

Please note: due to the large volume of Fourth of July applications, those selected for the Fourth of July event will be notified no later than April 30, 2026. This will not delay notifications of other events accepted for.

We are currently NOT accepting any other vendor applications including craft or trinket vendors. Thank you for your interest in being a part of our community's events!

*Not including Rancho Cordova 4th of July.
