We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Your appointment is important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected events come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
- If you are more than 15 mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I'll do my best to reschedule you.
- No shows will be charged the full amount of their service. This time was reserved for you and upon booking you agree to my policies which prevent lost wages and to keep the business running smoothly.
We require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
This policy is to protect individuales and businesses that block out time in their schedule to accomodate you. No shows or last minute cancellations hurt said parties and their financial obligations. This also comes down to respecting ones time.
