Assesment:

(required for everyone before starting training)
Your fitness journey begins with a comprehensive 1-on-1 assessment designed to set the foundation for success. During this session, we will:
•Review your movement patterns to identify
strengths, imbalances, and areas for improvement.
•Discuss your goals, lifestyle, and training history
so your program fits seamlessly into your life.
•Establish a baseline of strength, mobility, and stability
to measure progress over time.
•Go over proper form and technique for key movements to
ensure you’re training safely and effectively.
•Answer questions and provide recommendations to
help you feel confident moving forward.
•This assessment ensures your training is personalized, safe, and effective,
giving you the tools and awareness to build strength that lasts.
1-1 Personal Training Rate:
• $80 per hour
2 Persons Training Rate:
• Starting at $90
Group Training Rate:
• Starts at $100
Intro Training and Program Plan:
•$350
•1 Initial Assessment

•2 One-on-One Personal Training Sessions
(focused on proper form, technique, and building confidence)
•8-Week Customized Workout Program

with up to 4 training days per week
