Make sure you:

1) Print and fill out the waiver here.

2) Pay dues ($65) either by check or cash.

• Checks should be made payable to Rancho Bernardo High School, and “Student Name, Science Olympiad Dues” should be in the memo line. 

• If you have any issues with the dues, please let Mrs. Eibeck or one of the officers know and we will work something out.

 Make sure you submit these forms and dues by Friday, September 12th. Waivers and dues should be turned in to room 401
