2025 Zonta Women in Non Traditional Training Award
  • The Zonta Women in Non Traditional Training Award is designed to encourage and provide financial support to assist women to continue and complete their studies in a non traditional trade or traineeship.

  • Terms & Conditions:

  • To be eligible to apply for the 2026 award applicants must:

    1. Be a person who identifies as a woman who has left school
    2. Be a Western Australian resident and an Australian citizen; or
    3. Be a permanent visa holder or holder of an eligible visa sub-class
    4. Be undergoing training in at least one of the following areas of trade or traineeship:
      o Automotive areas
      o Building and Construction areas
      o Engineering areas
      o Information Technology areas
      o Sciences
      o STEM

    The successful applicant will receive a one-off payment of $1,000 that can be used to cover training and other costs and associated expenses to support completion of studies.

    ATTENTION:

    Failure to enter all fields will prevent application submission.
    Completed applications are due by Monday, August 31st, 2026.
