New Client (Waitlist)

Thank you for your interest in booking with me. While I am currently operating and functioning daily, new clients are NOT at free will to booking an appointment without approval. By joining the waitlist, you are in agreeance that by filling out this form, you will be placed on a waitlist and cannot book an appointment without approval by ME, Shantise Michelle. I appreciate your patience and although the waitllist is not an immediate decision for approval for an appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible to proceed with booking your install. • I will not install amazon bundles as my sole purpose is to provide you with a quality install that will last the entire duration desired.
• I do not install any closures
• Installs will be considered depending on clients hair. If install desired is not applicable to your hair, services will not be rendered.
• If your form is approved, please make sure you read the booking site & policy throughly. All key information is provided in the site prior to booking.
• Reference photos are accepted but please note, I cannot replicate a style that I did not do. So as I appreciate your willingness to book with me, I can and will only provide what I showcase on my IG gallery.
• Styling differs to each client. You may like what you see but does not mean that it will look the exact same on your install.
