Basic cake orders require a minimum of 5 business days' notice.

Complex cakes (3D designs, figurines, tiered cakes, specialty recipes, etc.) require a minimum of 14 days' notice.

Rush orders (< 5 days) are accepted on a case-by-case basis and require full payment at time of confirmation.

Orders are not reserved or confirmed until 50% deposit has been received.

All orders are custom-made. Deposits are non-refundable if order is cancelled within 4 days of due date.
