Welcome to the Mountaire Family Scholarship application!

Children and grandchildren of Mountaire Farms employees, growers, and grain farmers are eligible to apply directly.

Those applying should be high school seniors (traditional or vocational/technical) who are enrolling as full-time college students or students already enrolled in two-year community colleges or four-year universities who are carrying a minimum of 12 credits per semester in the current school year.

Scholarships are awarded across three categories that reflect our business areas—Live/Grower/Grain, Processing Operations, and Support functions.

Through this program, we are honored to help our extended Mountaire family grow, thrive, and achieve their educational goals.

Applications will be accepted through December 31.

About the Mountaire Family Scholarship Program:

Mountaire Farms is proud to support the next generation of leaders through our 2026 Farm to Table Scholarship Program. This year, we’ve expanded the program to offer $3,000 scholarships. Children and grandchildren of Mountaire employees, growers, and grain producers are eligible to apply directly through the Family Path.

What are the rules?

To be eligible, a student’s parent or grandparent must be employed by Mountaire, or grow broilers, breeders, or grain (minimum 10,000 bushels) for the company. Applicants must be high school seniors (traditional or vocational/technical) enrolling as full-time college students, or current college students carrying at least 12 credits per semester. They should be actively involved in extracurricular activities at school and in their community. Preference will be given to students pursuing industry-related fields of study. A copy of the student’s transcript must be attached to the application.

Scholarships are awarded across three categories—Live/Grower/Grain, Processing Operations, and Support Functions. Winners will be announced in spring 2026 and invited to a special event to celebrate their achievement. Students must submit a transcript with their application. The deadline to apply is December 31, 2025.
