  • Kendal Calling 2026 - Access Request Form

  • We are so excited that you have chosen to join us in the fields next Summer! Please ensure you have read all the information on our website (available here) regarding the facilities and the Kendal Calling site before applying.

    In order to apply for accessible facilities at Kendal Calling, you will need an Access Card. If you do not have one, you can apply for one here. 

    As part of this form, you submit your Access Card number. From there our team assess the symbols and your answers to the questions in this form to approve you for the relevant facilities.

    This includes accessible parking. We will allocate the correct parking based on the symbols on your card and whether you have opted for the Campsite with Accessible Facilities or not.

    If approved for an Essential Companion or Accessible Parking - our team will send you a link and code to book this as part of your approval email.

    Please note: the name on the below application must match that of the name on the access card. If applying on behalf of a child, please use the child's name in the below application.

      Please note: you must also have the Level Access, Long Distances or Assistant Dog symbol on your access card in order to be approved for the Campsite with Accessible Facilities (this includes the Accessible Live-in Vehicle pitches and Accessible boutique upgrades). If you do not have these, you do not need to fill in the following section.

    • Accessible live-in vehicle pitches and boutique are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you are successful, our team will send you further details upon approval on how to book your upgrade.
