Weather Cancellation Policy – Relax and Ride GA
At Relax and Ride GA, the safety of our passengers and drivers is our top priority. Because weather conditions can sometimes make travel unsafe, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Relax and Ride GA determines that weather conditions make it unsafe to operate (such as severe storms, flooding, ice, or other hazardous travel conditions), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your trip.
In this case, customers will be offered the choice of:
Rescheduling their trip for a future date at no additional cost, OR
Receiving a full refund of any payments made.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations Due to Weather Concerns
If a customer chooses to cancel their trip due to anticipated or current weather conditions but Relax and Ride GA has not canceled service, our standard cancellation policy applies.
However, if weather conditions are officially declared unsafe by local or state authorities (e.g., road closures, state of emergency), customers will be eligible for the same reschedule or refund options listed above.
Delays Due to Weather
Weather-related delays do not qualify as cancellations. In these cases, our team will keep you updated with revised departure and arrival times.
Communication
In the event of weather-related cancellations or delays, we will notify customers via phone, text, or email as soon as possible.
CASINO TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY
At Relax and Ride GA, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our guests and our business, please review our casino trip cancellation policy below:
Customer Cancellations
7 days or more before departure: Full refund or credit toward a future casino trip.
3–6 days before departure: 50% refund or credit toward a future trip.
Less than 72 hours before departure: No refund will be issued.
No-Shows
Guests who do not show up at the scheduled departure time will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Trips Canceled by Relax and Ride GA
If a casino run is canceled due to insufficient bookings, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If severe weather conditions make it unsafe to travel, Relax and Ride GA may cancel or postpone the trip. In this case, guests may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.
Minimum Passenger Requirement
Casino trips require a minimum number of booked passengers. If this requirement is not met, the trip may be canceled, and all guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another scheduled date.
