Appreciation Day Business/Nonprofit Booth Sign-Up

The Town of Galena invites nonprofit organizations and local community businesses to join us to set up a booth at our upcoming Appreciation Day. The event will run from 4:00 to 9:00 PM, with setup beginning at 2:30 PM, and we ask that businesses/nonprofits remain until at least 7:00 PM. Spaces are free for nonprofits and local businesses, making this a great opportunity to connect with the community and showcase what you do. To apply, please complete the application form below. Please note that submitting a form does not guarantee participation; applications will be reviewed, and approved businesses/nonprofits will receive a confirmation email shortly after. Spaces will be designated 10x10 areas. Participants are responsible for providing their own pop-up tent, tables, chairs, signage, and products. Please note that no power will be available at the event. All items must be transported from the parking area to your assigned space, so we recommend bringing extra help, wagons, or equipment to assist with setup and breakdown. The event will be held rain or shine, and vendors are encouraged to plan ahead to protect their products and equipment in the event of changing weather. After submitting your application, you will receive an email notifying you of your approval status. Approved businesses/nonprofits will be sent a contract with complete event guidelines and requirements. Participants are expected to review and follow all terms outlined in the contract.
