I understand that all sales are final and there are no refunds. Items will not be mailed and are pick up only. You can pick up the Thursday before the festival 9/25/25 at Crossroads Art House 2914 N Laurent from 4-7pm. After that, tshirts & VIP passes will be available at the info table during the kick off event and Will Call on 9/27-9/28/25 at VISD Fine Arts Center. If you do not pick up at those times, shirts will be held at Crossroads Art House 2914 N Laurent Victoria, TX 77901 until October 31st. Tshirts will not be held later than 10/31/25. After 9/28/25, you must pick up your shirt and/or badge by 10/31/25. Open hours are Thurs/Fri 4-7pm and Saturday 2-7pm. If you have questions, please email claire@vivatexasfilmfestival.com.
