    LeadHER Academy High School CohortThe LeadHER Academy High School Cohort is designed to prepare young women for life beyond the classroom by building strong foundations in leadership, financial literacy, and college/career readiness. Through interactive workshops, mentorship, and real-world experiences, participants develop the confidence and skills needed to lead with purpose, manage their finances wisely, and explore future pathways.Our program empowers high school girls to:Lead with Confidence – Learn effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills while building character and self-awarenessGain Financial Savvy – Understand money management, budgeting, saving, investing, and credit to lay the groundwork for financial independencePlan for the Future – Explore college options, scholarships, and career pathways with practical guidance on applications, resumes, and professional skills.By the end of the program, girls walk away with a clear sense of self, the tools to make informed decisions, and the vision to thrive as the next generation of leaders, scholars, and professionals.
  • LeadHER Academy Founding Cohort
    Dear Parents,
    This year, we are launching our first-ever LeadHER Academy High School Cohort — our Founding Group! Your daughter will participate in workshops, college/career prep, and also help shape the program for future students.

    Timeline: This will take place the last 30minutes of each workshop (Sept–Dec 2025):

    • September – Branding: Help define the identity and vision of LeadHER Academy
    • October – Curriculum: Provide input on workshops and activities that matter most
    • November – Goal Planning: Collaborate on designing goals and measures of success
    • December – Solidification & Celebration: Review, refine, and celebrate the program built together
    • The program officially launches in January 2026 with this cohort as our first pilot class.

    Founding Cohort Benefits:

    • Discounted membership rate compared to future participants
    • First access to workshops, college tours, and special events
    • Unique opportunity to help set the foundation of LeadHER Academy

    To ensure families are fully informed and prepared, there will be a parent orientation prior to the start of the 2026 year to review details, answer questions, and share upcoming opportunities.

    NOTE: There is no charge for these sessions! (Sept-Dec. 2025)

  • Please select the Saturdays you would like your daughter to attend, or choose “All Sessions” to register her for the full HER Saturdays experience. It’s perfectly fine if she cannot attend every date—there is no penalty. Choosing “All Sessions” simply saves you from having to register each month.

    Note: We understand life gets busy! Signing up for all sessions keeps things simple and ensures your daughter always has a spot, even if she can’t make it to every Saturday.
