This form is a rental request only and spaces are not guaranteed until rental fees have been paid in full and the permit is approved.

Depot Park management reserves the right to refuse rental requests.

Cancellations must be submitted to the Depot Park office 72-hours prior to the rental for an 80% refund of rental fees. Processing fees are not refundable.

If a “rain out” is declared by Depot Park staff, and the rented pavilion was not used for at least 2 hours, a request to reschedule may be made at no charge. If the preference is not to reschedule, a refund may be requested for the full rental fee and deposit. Processing fees are not refundable.

Use of electricity, DJs or amplified sound is prohibited.

Confetti, glitter, bounce houses, large inflatables and water balloons are prohibited.

Picnic tables are permanently attached and should not be moved.

The Children’s Play Area and Blue Grotto Splash Pad are designed for children age 2-12. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please enjoy food and drink outside the play area.

Absolutely no staking in Depot Park. The park is a brownfield site and the ground cannot be penetrated. In lieu of staking, sandbags, bricks or water jugs are often used.

Decorations may be attached to the pavilions with tape; please do not use nails or staples so the wood is not damaged.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in Depot Park. Depot Park is included in the city's Sip and Stroll area (http://gainesvillefl.gov/sipandstroll).
