BECC Session Monitor Sign-Up

Thank you for volunteering as a session monitor. This very important role helps ensure the smooth flow of the breakout sessions and supports the overall success of the conference. As a session monitor, your role includes:

Welcoming attendees and speakers as they arrive in their session room
Assisting speakers and moderators with loading their presentations (laptops will be provided)
Taking photos and sending them by text or email to the social media manager
Mic running during Q&A
Other light duties (handing out materials, etc.)
