Neighbors Together Vendor Application

Every year, our community joins together to celebrate Neighbors Together, an annual program to help promote neighborhood unity and crime prevention awareness with with interactive games, free food and live performances.
- Event Date: October 8, 2025 5:30-7 PM
- Location: Harlandale Memorial Stadium (1109-1101, APOLLO ST)
- Vendor Requirements: Raffle item of $25 or greater value, canopy and table. Chairs optional. (We will not have extra canopies, tables or chairs on site).
- Set up: 4:30 PM (set-up time is crucial to a successful event, please arrive on time to avoid disruption)
- Deadline: Applications will close promptly by the end of day on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
We kindly ask that all participating vendors represent organizations that provide complimentary services and/or information in line with the goals of Neighbors Together. This entails promoting health services, family services and/or crime prevention. Your support in contributing to our shared mission is greatly valued.

Harlandale ISD will review all exhibitor entry forms. If there are any issues, you will be contacted before the event. Each exhibitor will receive a run of show and information via the email provided on this form.

Entries: Setup can begin at 4:30 PM PM and must be completed by 5:00 PM. Exhibitors are required to stay until 7:00 PM.

Behavior: Exhibitors must behave respectfully. Rudeness, foul language, or threatening behavior will result in removal from the event and jeopardize future participation.

Distribution of Items: Exhibitors can distribute articles, flyers, leaflets, brochures, and souvenirs, but no political endorsements are allowed on district property. Materials must be non-offensive and free of foul language. Selling food or drinks is prohibited.
