You'll be able to read through the recommendations, formulate questions, and if you wish to proceed- we will talk more specifically at your in-person appointment.

    We review all virtual submissions and respond within 7-10 business days. We are experiencing very high consult request volume. We are trying our best to complete consults within 10 days! You will receive your pre-consult assessment via email. 

     

    If you'd like to schedule an in-person or video consultation after receiving your pre-consultation evaluation, Stephanie our patient coordinator can help you get that scheduled. All in-person/video consultations are $100.
