• What is Fork In The Road?

Every bite is a decision. And at some point, we all hit a fork in the road.

Do you eat what’s easy, or eat what’s right? What tastes good now, or what feels good later? What fills you up, or what fuels you tomorrow?

At this food festival, you don’t have to choose. Fork in the Road brings together South Florida’s boldest chefs and food pioneers—people who believe healthy food shouldn’t taste like a compromise. Every dish meets our strict clean food standards: no ultra-processed ingredients, no refined sugar, no industrial additives, and full menu transparency. It's real food for conscious foodies, made with integrity, intention, and love.

Every participating chef signs our pledge, so you'll know what’s in your food, where it came from, and why it matters. So go ahead—take the delicious path.

  • Why Should I Participate in Fork In The Road?

Fork in the Road brings more than 4,000 hungry guests to discover South Florida’s boldest chefs and food innovators. Produced by the team behind Eudēmonia and Smorgasburg, the November 14 & 15, 2025 event offers many benefits to participating chefs, restaurants and food trucks:

    • Venue. We've secured a beautiful downtown location, the Meyer Amphitheater, on the Intercoastal in the heart of West Palm Beach.

    • Low costs. For this pilot event, we ask only for a refundable deposit versus 25% of gross revenue. If you do not gross $500, we'll waive the 25%.

    • Built-in Eudēmonia Audience. The Friday, Nov. 14 kickoff is open only to Eudēmonia talent, attendees and invited media. Eudēmonia Summit will send more than 2,000 of its attendees to the event—this is the main entertainment offered on Friday night.

    • Press & Media. Eudēmonia will leverage its PR staff and invited media to generate launch coverage for the event and participating vendors.

    • Built-In Local Audience. On Saturday, Nov. 15, the event runs concurrently with the wildly successful West Palm Beach GreenMarket, which regularly attracts 10,000 patrons only a half block away. The GreenMarket also is a chance for participating vendors to source fresh local produce.

    • Fostering Community. We're partnering with the local culinary community like Orqa, Island Kitchen and many more to build something positive and fun. This event is only the pilot—if there's support, FITR will return for a full season.

If you’re ready to fuel the future of food, this is your moment.

  • What is the Fork In The Road Pledge?

Fork in the Road is a new kind of food festival, one built on the principles of clean food, transparency, sustainability, and integrity.

To participate, each vendor must sign the FITR Pledge. We believe most chefs will be excited to sign it, rather than view it as a burden—but it's worth reading through it before proceding, as it is the north star of this event. You will be required to sign this pledge if you are accepted and wish to participate.

    • Every ingredient on every plate will be whole, minimally processed, and free from artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, sweeteners, and unpronounceable additives. We'll read every label and guard against hidden ingredients, so everyone can trust what’s on our plate.

    • Ultra-processed foods will have no place on our menus. We'll strive to serve a dish made from scratch — because real nourishment can only come from real food.

    • No industrial oils—canola, soybean, corn, sunflower, safflower, grapeseed, rice bran, cottonseed, or "vegetable" oil blend —shall touch our pans. We cook with extra virgin olive oil, unrefined avocado oil, coconut oil, butter, ghee, cold-pressed sesame oil and other time-honored fats.

    • We recognize the dangers of excess dietary sugars and are committed to creating exciting, delicious foods that delight the palate without overreliance on refined sugar or artificial sweeteners; natural sweetness and balanced flavors will shine in our offerings.

    • Transparency will be our secret ingredient: every component of every dish will be disclosed, openly and proudly, so that all may eat with confidence.

    • Our ingredients will be sourced locally and seasonally whenever possible, supporting farmers and reducing our footprint. We'll ask about their practices to ensure organic, regenerative, and non-GMO ingredients will be our standard, not our exception.

    • All animal products will come from sources that treat animals with dignity—pasture-raised, grass-fed, wild-caught, regenerative aquaculture and never dosed with routine antibiotics or hormones.

    • Fruits and vegetables will be celebrated as heroes, not hidden as afterthoughts, and plant-forward options will be as craveable as any burger or steak.

    • We will waste not, avoid plastics, compost when possible, and choose packaging for storage and serving that respects the earth.

    • All dishes will be served with a heap of joy—food should spark delight, foster community, and should never be paired with guilt or dogma.

This is our pledge, made with spatula in hand and heart on sleeve.
