By signing this form I hereby affirm that such release to the releasee does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the photographs and/or artwork, to my benefit. I understand and agree that photographs and/or artwork in the possession of the releasee shall be used in a limited run of printed calendars for 2026 and/or 2027.
By signing this form I certify that the files I am submitting are of my own design or creation and are mine to use. Releasee is not responsible for any content that violates trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
I hereby hold harmless TFG Stronger Together, The Blueprinter & Graphics, and SLO Ponderosa from any and all liability that might arise from foregoing use. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the TFG Stronger Together, The Blueprinter & Graphics, and SLO Ponderosa from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
Money raised from from calendar sales will be used towards:
Goal One: To raise significant funds to be donated directly to the Jermin family, which will be used to help rebuild feed storage and office space located at 405 S. Main Street in downtown Templeton.
Goal Two: To create a strong sense of community that showcases the incredible resilience, determination and heart that defines the small town spirit of Templeton.
Goal Three: To positively emphasize the importance of preserving our town history and agricultural legacy, and set an example of historical preservation for future generations.
