Hope Center Associate!

Associate Role: We are looking for caring, energetic individuals who are passionate about working with youth, supporting after-school programs, and making a positive impact in economically disadvantaged communities in Cy-Fair and Waller, Texas. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and eager to contribute to a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children and teens.

To Apply, You Must:

Hope Center Associate
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned Hope Center locations
- Must pass a background check (if 18 or older)
- Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be comfortable supervising and engaging with children ages 5 to 15
- Must be available to work weekday afternoons and occasional evenings or weekends for events
- Must demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a heart for service
- Preferably Spanish-speaking, but not required
- Experience working with youth or in after-school settings is a plus
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
