    Artist Release & Terms Agreement

    By submitting this application, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the music, recordings, images, trademarks, artist name, and content submitted to The Metropolitan Network (“MTN”), or that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to authorize their use.

    You grant MTN a non-exclusive worldwide license to use, reproduce, stream, display, publish, promote, and distribute your submitted materials — including audio recordings, artist images, logos, biographies, links, and promotional content — within the MTN platform, affiliated metro pages, social media, email campaigns, sponsor-supported broadcasts, and related promotional materials.

    You understand that MTN is not a record label, publisher, management company, talent agency, or employer, and that placement within the platform does not guarantee bookings, compensation, audience size, streaming performance, media exposure, or financial results.

    You further confirm that your submitted content does not knowingly infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights of any third party, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MTN, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, sponsors, and partners from any claims arising from the materials you submit.

    This release remains in effect unless revoked in writing by the artist. MTN reserves the right to remove, decline, edit, or discontinue placements at its discretion in order to maintain platform quality, technical standards, editorial consistency, or operational integrity.
