Living Wage Survey
The Mayor and City Council are considering a proposal to raise Santa Fe’s living wage from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour beginning next year. The proposal also includes adjusting the wage annually in closer alignment with housing costs. This change could affect workers, families, and businesses across our community. We are seeking your input to better understand the potential benefits, challenges, and impacts. Survey results will be shared publicly on the Office of Economic Development webpage and discussed at future community meetings.
