Lincoln Forest Renaissance Fair

Application Process:

• Read all vendor terms of service and fill out the online application below.
• We will not be accepting vender after Febuary 1st 2026
• Vendors can save their responses to the application form and return them to complete and submit later.
• Vendors will receive a confirmation email from Lincoln Forest Renaissance Faire when a completed application has been submitted. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED
• Applications are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be approved, completeing this form does not guarantee admission.   
• The Event Commitee reserve the right to make the final decision on the application based on the timeliness of returned application and the ability to provide festival attendees with various vendors with in theme of the Renaissance Faire.
• Each vendor will be requiered to have a Village Of Ruidoso Buisness Licenes and Insurance 
• Vendors will receive an online fee payment link upon approval. Vendor fees must be paid-in-full by April 16 2026 – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Vendor Fee Includes the Following:

• Vendor spaces and passes will be confirmed in the contract after approval.
• Electricity is extremely limited and must be requested in advance (access will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis); generators are encouraged.
• Booth space does not come with any lighting so please plan accordingly
• There will be onsite, and overnight security on Friday and Saturday night (booth, equipment, and equipment left overnight still needs to be secured by the vendor). Oso Productions and the Village of Ruidoso are not responsible for lost or stolen products.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

The vendor listed in this application agrees to be a vendor at Lincoln Forest Renaissance Faire in Ruidoso, NM, on May 15-17, 2026. I hereby affirm that I have read this application's instructions and information. I understand all information, agree to sale only the items approved by the Lincoln Forest Renaissance Fair, and agree to comply with all Festival rules, directions, and requirements provided by festival organizers. I understand that if I don’t follow the rules and regulations, my booth may be closed at the discretion of the Lincoln Forest Renaissance Faire with no refund.

I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain and maintain a current Village of Ruidoso Business License and provide proof by April 16,2026.

Release of Liability

I hereby understand that neither Oso Productions nor any of its officers, agents, volunteers, or employees shall be held liable for any claim seeking damages for personal injury or property damage that may arise from your participation as a vendor for the festival. I also hereby agree to indemnify the Lincoln Forest Renaissance Fair, Oso Productions, and the Village of Ruidoso, its officers, agents, and employees and hold them harmless on account of any such claim. Furthermore, the vendor certifies that it maintains adequate liability insurance to cover all occurrences which may result in damage or injury to any person who may be a patron within the confines of the vendor space.
