I hereby understand that neither Oso Productions nor any of its officers, agents, or employees shall be held liable for any claim seeking damages for personal injury or property damage that may arise from your participation as a vendor for the festival. I also hereby agree to indemnify the Lincoln Forest Renaissance Fair, Oso Productions, Bonita Valley Brewery, and the Village of Ruidoso, its officers, agents, and employees and hold them harmless on account of any such claim. Furthermore, the performer certifies that it maintains adequate liability insurance to cover all occurrences which may result in damage or injury to any person who may be a patron within the confines of the vendor space.
