2025-2026 Cheer Class Registration & Tuition PolicyThank you for registering your athlete for Fierce Orlando’s cheer classes for the 2025-2026 school year. Please review the following important policies regarding enrollment, tuition, and participation:Enrollment Commitment & Opt-Out PolicyEnrollment is for the full 2025-2026 school year, with an opt-out window in December.If you do not opt out in December, your enrollment will automatically continue through May.If you choose to withdraw before December, a $35 drop fee will be charged to cover additional choreography adjustments required for recital routines.Recital ParticipationParticipation in the end-of-year recital is mandatory for all athletes.Tuition & Payment ProceduresA valid credit card must be kept on file at all times.Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.Tuition charges will be posted to your Parent Portal seven days before the due date. Autopay will be processed on the Friday prior to the 1st.If payment is not received by the 3rd of the month, a $10 late fee will be applied.If payment is not received by the first class after the 3rd, your student will not be permitted to participate and will be sent home. Tuition for that month will still be due.Refunds & Pro-RatingRegistration fees and monthly tuition are non-refundable.Tuition is not pro-rated for missed classes or early withdrawal.These policies help us maintain a smooth and efficient experience for all families, allowing our team to focus on providing the best coaching and support to our athletes.

Política de Inscripción y Matrícula para Clases de Cheer 2025-2026
Gracias por inscribir a su atleta en las clases de cheer de Fierce Orlando para el año escolar 2025-2026. Por favor, revise las siguientes políticas importantes sobre inscripción, matrícula y participación:
Compromiso de Inscripción y Política de Cancelación

La inscripción es para todo el año escolar 2025-2026, con una ventana de cancelación disponible en diciembre.

Si no solicita la cancelación en diciembre, la inscripción continuará automáticamente hasta mayo.

Si decide retirarse antes de diciembre, se cobrará una tarifa de cancelación de $35 para cubrir los ajustes adicionales de coreografía requeridos para las rutinas del recital.
Participación en el Recital

La participación en el recital de fin de año es obligatoria para todos los atletas.
Matrícula y Procedimientos de Pago

Debe mantener una tarjeta de crédito válida registrada en todo momento.

La matrícula se debe pagar el día 1 de cada mes.

Los cargos de matrícula se publicarán en su Portal para Padres siete días antes de la fecha de vencimiento. El pago automático se procesará el viernes anterior al día 1.

Si el pago no se recibe antes del día 3 del mes, se aplicará una tarifa de recargo de $10.

Si el pago no se recibe antes de la primera clase después del día 3, su estudiante no podrá participar y será enviado a casa. La matrícula de ese mes seguirá siendo exigible.
Reembolsos y Prorrateos

Las tarifas de inscripción y la matrícula mensual no son reembolsables.

La matrícula no se prorratea por clases perdidas o retiros anticipados.

Which day are you requesting: Days are listed next to the school name above One day is $15 for 2 hours 3-5pm all days except Wednesday 2-4pm. Both days are $25 per week and will be paid Monthly. There are 2 weather/emergency days per season that if cancelled we will try to make up per OCPS but not guaranteed. Registration is $50 and is for the full year. August-May. *

By registering my student athlete in either cheer, dance or tumbling classes with Fierce you agree to: Credit Card Authorization: I, as a cardholder, hereby authorize Fierce Orlando to charge my credit card for classes and fees in parent handbook. and confirm that the information for the credit card and billing address is complete and accurate.I have been informed that I can cancel the recurring payment at least 4 days before the January payment is due or it will continue to May. Furthermore if payment is made manually at least 2 days prior to the autopayment the autopayment will be cancelled for that month. If you wish to drop the class prior to Decmeber or after December a $35 drop fee will be charged and no further payments will be charged. Any chargeback fees will be charged back to customer unless all rules above had been met prior to the charge in question.Each month is different. If attending one class a week and there are 4 classes in a month it is $60 if 5 classes $75If you are attending 2 days and there are 8 classes that month it is $100 if 10 classes $115.WE have 2 days for emergencies built in to the tuition. Thats a day where class may be cancelled and no make up day is required. Anything over two days will be credited back to your account. For example hurricane or coach emergency.
