Point of Clarity Regarding the Peoples Power
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent
I, ___________________, one of the people of the 50 American states (as seen in the Wisconsin Constitution Article 1 Section 1) Sui Juris, republican in form am serving you this notice so that you and your agents, as trustees and servants of the people, provide immediate due care:
Please take notice that the people wish to give a point of clarity regarding the Peoples power and your positions as trustees and servants of the people. Article 1 section 4 and section 22 of the Wisconsin Constitution states that to maintain a free government the people have the right to assemble for the common good, to instruct and regulate their government by bringing them to a frequent recurrence to fundamental principles.
Wisconsin Constitution Article 1 Section 4 Right to Assemble and Petition The right of the people peaceably to assemble, to consult for the common good, and to petition the government, or any department thereof, shall never be abridged.
Wisconsin Constitution Article I Section 22 Maintenance of Free Government The blessings of a free government can only be maintained by a firm adherence to justice, moderation, temperance, frugality and virtue, and by frequent recurrence to fundamental principles
New Hampshire Part the first Article 8 Accountability of Magistrates and Officers; Public’s Right to Know All power residing originally in, and being derived from, the people, all the magistrates and officers of government are their substitutes and agents, and at all times accountable to them. Government, therefore, should be open, accessible, accountable and responsive.
Maxim of law: A frequent recurrence to fundamental principles, and a firm adherence to justice, virtue, and original law, are indispensably necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty and good government. American Maxim.
Please take Notice that When the people created government they expressly wrote into the state and federal constitutions the grants and limitations of power, we gave to government to work on our behalf for our common good. In that grant of borrowed powers, the people reserved to themselves all power, right, authority and jurisdiction to themselves. It is important for you as trustees to understand that all rights, powers, authority and jurisdictions are inherent in the people and are declared reserved to the people to ensure that government could not infringe on those rights. You will see throughout the 50 state constitutions where the people reserved these rights and powers equally among all people and that these inherent rights do not end at state borders. This means that provisions in the bills and declarations of rights are applied to all states regardless of what state you are residing in. (please see evidence Below)
Wisconsin Constitution Article 1 section 1: Equality; Inherent Rights All people are born equally free and independent and have certain inherent rights; among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; to secure these rights, governments are instituted, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
Virginia Constitution Article 1 Section 2 People the Source of Power That all power is vested in, and consequently derived from, the people, that magistrates are their trustees and servants, and at all times amenable to them.
Massachusetts part the first Article 1 Text of Article IV: The people of this commonwealth have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves, as a free, sovereign, and independent state; and do, and forever hereafter shall, exercise and enjoy every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not, or may not hereafter, be by them expressly delegated to the United States of America in Congress assembled
Maxims of Law All political power is inherent in the people by decree of God, thus none can exist except it be derived from them. American Maxim.
Maxim of Law The main object of government is the protection and preservation of personal rights, private property, and public liberties, and upholding the law of God. American Maxim.
Please give a point of clarity if you believe that the State Constitution declares that all power is derived from the people and that you stand as substitutes and agents that must be open and responsive as well as, accessible and accountable to the People?
