Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis.

 Setup Guidelines
• Vendors may begin setting up the day before the event (Friday, March 6, 2026).
• All vendors must be completely set up and ready by 9:30 AM on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
• All vendor vehicles must be moved to the designated parking lot no later than 9:00 AM on March 7th. This ensures safety, prevents overcrowding, and avoids accidents in the vendor area.

Important Event Information

Event begins at 10:00AM on MARCH 7TH, 2026, and ends at 5:00PM. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by FRIDAY, FEBUARY 27TH, 2026, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).

• You will be assigned a vendor space upon arrival.
• Please bring any equipment, supplies, or signage you need to operate your booth.
• Electrical hookups and special accommodations must be requested in advance.
• Vendor area must remain open until the festival ends unless otherwise directed by festival staff.

No Refund Policy

By completing and signing the vendor registration form, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to the following policy: All payments made for registration are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations by the vendor, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal or business circumstances, inclement weather, or any other reason.

The vendor fully understands and accepts that once registration has been submitted and payment received, no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued. By signing, the vendor confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this no refund policy as a condition of participation.
