1. I confirm that I have read the terms of participation in the initiative as detailed above, explained them to my son/daughter, and hereby approve his/her participation in the initiative, within which he/she may also film himself/herself in a video.

2. I confirm that my son/daughter and I are providing this information to the Rashi Foundation of our own free will and with our informed consent. I agree that the Foundation may use the information as an owner would, at any time, in any territory, and as it deems appropriate, including for publications, marketing events, public relations, and promotion of the Foundation’s activities or those of its representatives.

3. My son/daughter has no copyright or other rights in the content, images, or information that will be created in the initiative, and I hereby waive in advance and without compensation any right to privacy, moral rights, or right of publicity of my son/daughter in such content.

4. I declare that I will have no claim, demand, or lawsuit, whether known to me at the time of signing or not, against the Foundation or its representatives regarding the use of the images and information as stated above.

5. I confirm and agree to all the terms detailed in the conditions of participation in the initiative as set out above, and apply them to my son/daughter.

6. I confirm that I have read the above, understood its content and meaning, and signed it of my own free will, and that my consent and signature are given both in my name and in the name of the other guardian of my son/daughter (if any), after also obtaining his/her consent.

Conditions for Participation in the Initiative

I hereby irrevocably agree and confirm as follows:
1. I am the creator and the owner of all rights in the content (photos, videos, etc.) that I have submitted as part of my participation in the initiative. There is no legal or other impediment to Rashi Foundation’s use of this content.
2. By submitting the video, I confirm:
  
  Rashi Foundation may use any details I provide as part of my participation, including in this form.
  
  If I am a minor, I am aware that my participation is subject to the consent of my parents or my legal guardian, in the wording attached above.
  
  Rashi Foundation may make any educational, marketing, and promotional use of the content, including publication on any platform (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more).
  
  The selection of winners will be made at Rashi Foundation’s sole discretion without the need to provide justification. The three winning videos will receive prizes with a total value of 10,000 NIS and exposure on social networks.
  
  I confirm that the content does not infringe on the rights of others. If it is found otherwise, Rashi Foundation may disqualify the content.
3. If additional people (especially minors) appear in the content, I have obtained their explicit consent, and in the case of minors – their parents’ consent.
4. I grant Rashi Foundation a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the content (including photos, videos, and information) I submitted, for any educational, promotional, communicative, or documentary purpose, in any media, in Israel and worldwide, without the need for further approval from me – even if the level of privacy protection in some countries is lower than that in Israel.
5. I confirm that I hold no intellectual property rights of any kind, including copyrights and performers’ rights, in the content, photos, and information produced as part of my participation in the initiative. I hereby irrevocably and without compensation waive my rights to privacy, publicity (right of publicity), and my moral rights in the information and in any content sent and/or published by me in connection with the initiative.
6. I provide the information to Rashi Foundation of my own free will and with full consent, and I agree that Rashi Foundation may use it in any way, at any time, and in any place, including in publications, events, marketing, and public relations.
7. The information will be stored in Rashi Foundation’s databases, in accordance with Rashi Foundation’s privacy policy: Rashi Foundation – Privacy Policy.
8. I will have no claim, demand, or lawsuit against Rashi Foundation or its representatives regarding the use of the content and information, now or in the future.
