PAYMENT DEADLINES

1st September 2025 – Bookings OPEN

30th November 2025 – Booking form stage 1 must be submitted with deposit (This is £10 per cub)

29th March 2026 – Final Numbers and Payment to be sent.

10th May 2026 – Final instructions issued.

14th June 2026 – GO TO CUBJAM!

Please can you submit one booking for each group, as we need to know the details of every group with the group leader in the "Second Leader Details" box and your details down as the main leader. If you need to then have one invoice just email scott.mclaren@leicestershirescouts.org.uk

CHANGES
For any changes to your booking please email scott.mclaren@leicestershirescouts.org.uk quoting your booking reference in the subject line.
Tent details must be completed by the end of March 2026, please feel free to leave this section on your initial booking.
