    Charleston North's Winter | Holiday 2025 Sale
  • We empower families and promote sustainable living by facilitating large-scale community-based sales events, where we help hundreds of local families clean out and cash in on all the things their children no longer need (or want). Our average seller makes over $350 and you can too, by following the simple steps outlined below.

    Consignor Information

    Entering your consignor information correctly is very important, ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER. Supplying the correct information helps to ensure sold items are credited to the correct consignor, and that you get the extra 10% on your sold items if you help at the sale. Enter all information carefully, and double check to be sure it's correct.  If you are unsure of your consignor number, see the example:

  • Thursday November 6th by appointment ONLY

     

    Select a Drop Off time that works with your schedule. Children are welcome, but we strongly suggest not bringing them to Drop Off.  Check in when you arrive and follow the instructions for putting your items on the sales floor.  Please bring your own rack, wagon, cart or other means to get items from your car into the venue. (We have a limited number of racks for consignors to use).  Plan to arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time or up to 20 minutes after. Arriving too early or too late may result in delayed entry or cancellation of your appointment.

    Just Between Friends Charleston North is staffed by local parents, teens and grandparents (and aunts, uncles, caregivers, and friends) just like YOU!

    If you want to maximize your earnings and shop BEFORE we open to the public, OR If you are interested in a part time job, without any long-term commitment, we invite you to join our JBF Charleston North Team!

    ** Team Member Sign-Ups CLOSE on October 20,2025

  • There are THREE way to help:

     1. Consignor Team Member-

    • Team Members contribute directly to the sale of their items.Shifts that include task like setting up, inspection, organizing, sorting and breakdown
    • Shifts are 2, 4, 6 & 8 hours
    • Consignors earn an additional 10% on all sold items + shop EARLY 2x.
      • **Must help atleast 6-8 hours to earn the extra 10%
        • ** Sort/Breakdown shift hour do not count towards the 6-8 hrs.

    * Become a Power Team Member- 

    Sign-up for and help out with the Day 1, (9:00am - 1:00pm) Unload, Zone Prep, Table & Rack Setup Shift, and you will earn Power Team Member status and get to shop BOTH presales 30 minutes before all other Team Members. Spots are limited!

    * Become a Star Team Member-

    Sign-up for and help out with the Day 5, (3pm-7pm) Sort/Breakdown Shift, and you will get to SHOP the remaining items, that are marked Reduced & Donate, for 75% OFF. (Must complete the entire 4 hour shift. Check-out for 75% Off items will begin at 7pm) Spots are limited!

    ** Helping with the 4 hour Sort/Breakdown shift is for the sole benefit of shopping unsold, reduced and donate items at 75% Off -there is no additional compensation or shopping privileges associated with this shift.

  •  2. Community Team Member-

    • Members of the community that choose to give a helping hand and contribute their time to help out with the sale.Shifts include task like setting up, inspection, organizing, sorting, and breakdown. 
    • Shifts are 4, 6, or 8 hours
    • Earn a SHOPPING SPREE on us + shop EARLY.
      • Community Team Members Earn JBF Bucks to shop the Sale.
      • *** JBF Bucks will be issued as a JBF Charleston North Gift Certificate and can be saved for future JBF Charleston North events!

    * Become a Power Team Member- 

    Sign-up for and help out with the Day 1, (9:00 am - 1:00 pm) Unload, Setup Shift, and you will earn Power Team Member status and get to shop BOTH presales 30 minutes before all other Team Members. Spots are limited!

    * Become a Star Team Member-

  • 3. Retail Sales Specialists (RSS)- Cashier

    • Cashier (RSS) positions are paid hourly and are a 1099 Employed position. This position is a perfect part-time, flexible employment opportunity.
    • Shifts are 4,  hours
    • Earn a paycheck
    • Shop EARLY, make friends, and make this community event MAGICAL!
    • Pay is $12 per hour. Pay checks will be issued within 10-14 days after the completion of the sale.  
  • Yay! We are so excited to have you join our team! After you schedule your drop-off and pick up appointments and pay your consignor fee, you will be redirected to sign up for a Team Member spot!

  • Presale Passes

    **You will receive your Presale Passes at the completion of your Drop-Off. Make sure you do not leave without them!

    Half Price Presale- Saturday, November 8, 2025

    • Power Team Members- Start at  3:30 pm
    • Team Members/Helpers- Start at 4:00 pm
    • Consignors- Start at 4:30 pm

    We have relationships with local non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.

    If you chose to mark ALL of your item tags to DONATE when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set!

    If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must reserve an appointment below to pick them up.

    **Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to make an appointment to pick up your items, it in no way changes what you have printed on your tag.
