Rental deposit1. Deposit Amount A refundable security deposit of $350 is required for all rentals. This deposit is in addition to the rental fee and must be paid at the time of booking. 2. How It Works The deposit is held until equipment is returned and inspected. If equipment is returned on time and in good condition, the deposit will be refunded within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. If there are damages, missing items, late returns, or cleaning required, the deposit (in part or in full) will be applied toward those charges. 3. Forfeiture Conditions The deposit may be forfeited if: Equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen. Equipment is returned late (late fees deducted first). Equipment is returned dirty, with liquids, food, smoke, or other damage. The renter breaches any part of the rental agreement.
