This Agreement is between NWM Creative Works LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Renter”). By booking, paying, or signing, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:1. Rental Scope – Equipment may include sound systems, mixers, speakers, microphones, and accessories. Setup/teardown is performed by Company staff unless otherwise approved in writing. Renter may not sub-rent, loan, or transfer equipment.2. Payment & Deposits – A non-refundable booking payment is required. Balance is due before delivery. A refundable security deposit (amount set by Company) may also apply and can be withheld for damages, cleaning, or late return.3. Delivery, Setup & Pickup – Standard delivery includes up to 25 miles from Jacksonville, FL. Additional mileage is billed at $35 per 25 miles. Equipment must remain indoors unless outdoor use is pre-approved and fully weather-protected.4. Use of Equipment – Renter assumes responsibility for equipment from delivery until pickup/return. Equipment must not be moved, altered, or operated unsafely. Renter must provide adequate power, secure environment, and safe access.5. Damage, Loss & Theft – Renter is liable for damage, misuse, loss, theft, or vandalism. If beyond repair, full retail replacement value will be charged. In the event of theft, a police report must be provided within 24 hours.6. Late Returns & Recovery – Late fees are $50/hr or the daily rental rate, whichever is greater. After 24 hours, non-return may be treated as theft. Company reserves the right to recover equipment from venue premises.7. Tech Support & Staffing – On-site technical support is billed at $40/hr (1-hour minimum). If not purchased, Renter is responsible for operating the system. Emergency call-outs may incur additional charges.8. Cancellations & Reschedules – Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may be rescheduled once within 90 days. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event forfeit the deposit. Weather cancellations require 24-hour notice.9. Indemnification & Liability – Renter indemnifies and holds harmless Company and its staff from any claims, injuries, or damages related to use of the equipment. Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid.10. Collections & Enforcement – Unpaid balances may be subject to collection, liens, or legal action. Renter is responsible for all attorney fees, collection costs, and court costs.11. Governing Law – This agreement is governed by Florida law, with venue in Duval/Clay County.12. Acknowledgment – By signing, the Renter confirms review and acceptance of these terms and accepts full responsibility for equipment during the rental period, including costs for damage, loss, theft, or late return.

Rental deposit

1. Deposit Amount A refundable security deposit of $350 is required for all rentals. This deposit is in addition to the rental fee and must be paid at the time of booking. 2. How It Works The deposit is held until equipment is returned and inspected. If equipment is returned on time and in good condition, the deposit will be refunded within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. If there are damages, missing items, late returns, or cleaning required, the deposit (in part or in full) will be applied toward those charges. 3. Forfeiture Conditions The deposit may be forfeited if: Equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen. Equipment is returned late (late fees deducted first). Equipment is returned dirty, with liquids, food, smoke, or other damage. The renter breaches any part of the rental agreement.
