The Activity Provider Directory has been designed to provide information to families, schools and community organisations.

By registering as a Compass Activity Provider, your listing and logo will appear on the Compass website and may also appear in social media, marketing and communications.

By making an application to be included in the Activity Provider Directory and in consideration for Compass assessing whether you/your organisation should be so included, you/your organisation are entering into a legally binding agreement which contains the following conditions:

You warrant that all of the information that is provided in connection with the application is true and correct and acknowledge that Compass will rely on such information.
If your application is successful: you/your organisation will provide the relevant products or services to schools, educators and young people with due care and skill and in compliance with all laws, including the Australian Consumer Law;
you/your organisation will indemnify Compass for any liability, loss, damage, costs or expenses that Compass may suffer arising from or in any way connected with your products or services which are provided in breach of this agreement, negligently or in contravention of applicable laws;
you/your organisation must hold public and products liability insurance and professional services insurance with reputable insurers, for as long as you are providing services to participants of our programs;
Compass reserves to right to terminate or remove any provider from the Activity Provider Directory if they fail to continue to meet these terms;
Inclusion in the Activity Provider Directory is valid for 2 years, after which time Providers will be required to fill out a new application in order to remain on the directory.
Your organisation commits to cross-promoting The Compass Award as appropriate, but no less than once per annum in exchange for a public listing in our directory and cross-promotion through our channels as appropriate.

As a confirmed and active Activity Provider, we permit the use of our logos and will share any branding guidelines with you.

To be eligible for inclusion in the Compass Activity Provider Directory, the Provider must hold relevant insurance coverage to protect themselves and Compass from any potential liabilities, and these policies must be kept up to date.
