Medium, Large & Jumbo in ground garage shelters require a pre-installation inspection walk thru for access and excavation clearance.

A concrete pad is required to properly anchor any above-ground shelter installed outdoors. If your site does not already have an existing concrete foundation, it is required that we will install a pad to ensure safety and stability.
