Welcome to the tired.less Mentoring Program!
Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a mentor. This is a unique program that focuses on workplace wellbeing, a part of professional life most mentoring programs don’t cover. It’s all about supporting someone through the messy, high-pressure parts of work you’ve already navigated, while giving you space to reflect on your own priorities and patterns.
Here’s what the program includes:
- 3 x 1:1 mentoring sessions – structured support tailored to your mentee’s challenges
- Kick-off & graduation events – in-person networking and activities/fireside chats
- 2 x virtual masterclasses – practical strategies on topics like saying no without guilt and navigating difficult conversations
- Ongoing community support – a space to share insights, reflection prompts, and connect with other mentors & mentees at your own pace
- Duration: 3-month pilot program - October to December 2025
We’ll ask for your thoughts and feedback along the way, so you can help us shape the program as it grows. While we’ll ask for your commitment to mentoring sessions, we’d also love it if you could join additional events and community conversations where possible. This isn’t compulsory, but it really helps create a stronger, supportive network for everyone.
